i found it easy to get off the train and directly access my room since the hotel connects to the jr station. the location near the station's zenkoji exit was convenient. i appreciated the large, clean room with a nice view of the surrounding hills.

the hotel location is very practical. walking out of the train station, i was at the hotel. this was very convenient, i have lots of bags. the hotel is also a good quality and standard.

the room was clean, the linen was okay even with small towels. the beds are very hard, i didn't get a good nights sleep. with two large suitcases and two overnight bags, i was constantly stepping over things due to the size of the room.

the check in staff were rude. the bed was like sleeping on a rock it was so uncomfortable. i left with a very stiff back. uber eats was only in japanese which i could not understand.

The hotel's location directly in the train station was convenient. Takkyubin service was available, which I found helpful. The room was quite large for a Japanese hotel (it seemed to be around 30 square meters). I appreciated that the windows opened slightly for fresh air.
